หากคุณได้รับสินค้าที่คุณไม่ได้สั่งหรือสินค้าชำรุด/เสียหาย กรุณาอย่าแกะป้ายสินค้าใดๆออกจากตัวสินค้า เราขอแนะนำให้คุณติดต่อทีมงานฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าทันทีที่ Facebook Page: COBRA Golf Thailand หรือ PUMA Golf Thailand เพื่อแจ้งของเรา รายละเอียดสินค้าที่คุณได้รับกับทีมงาน ทีมงานฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของเราอาจจำเป็นต้องใช้หลักฐาน เช่น รูปถ่ายของสินค้า เพื่อให้กระบวนการส่งคืนสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว

2. การส่งคืนสินค้า

คุณสามารถส่งคืนสินค้าที่คุณสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ได้ภายใน 5 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืน/ไม่รับเปลี่ยน ของแถม สินค้าลดราคา สินค้าโปรโมชัน สินค้า Clearance Sale เงื่อนไขทั่วไปในการคืนสินค้า
 

เราจะยอมรับสินค้าที่ส่งคืนภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้:

2.1 สินค้าปกติ

2.2 สินค้าจะต้องไม่ผ่านการใช้งานใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

2.3 สินค้าและป้ายราคาต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์เท่านั้น

2.4 สินค้าประเภทเครื่องแต่งกายและป้ายราคาต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์เท่านั้น

2.5 สินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ / ไม้กอล์ฟ ต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องมีสภาพเหมือนเดิม สินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ต้องอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์สุญญากาศหรือปิดผนึก

2.6 รองเท้าและป้ายราคาต้องอยู่ในกล่องสภาพสมบูรณ์ สติ๊กเกอร์บนกล่องรองเท้าต้องอยู่ที่เดิมในสภาพสมบูรณ์เท่านั้น

สินค้าส่งคืนจะได้รับการตรวจสอบโดยแผนกรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า ในกรณีที่สินค้าที่คุณได้รับมีความเสียหาย ชำรุด หรือมีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต ทางเรายินดีคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนให้กับสินค้าที่ชำรุด หากพบกว่าสินค้ามีความบกพร่องชำรุด ซึ่งเกิดจากเหตุผลอื่นที่นอกเหนือจากคุณภาพของวัสดุหรือกระบวนการผลิต เราจะส่งคืนสินค้ารายการนั้นกลับไปให้คุณ เราไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ในกรณีที่:
 

-สินค้านั้นไม่ได้สั่งซื้อผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ของเรา

-สินค้ามีความเสียหายจากการใช้งานไม่ถูกต้องหรือใช้งานโดยประมาท (สัมผัสกับสารเคมี สารกัดกร่อน เปลวไฟความร้อนสูง วัตถุมีคม ฯลฯ)

-สินค้าเสียหายจากการใช้ผิดวัตถุประสงค์ หรือกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งใจไว้ (นำรองเท้ากอล์ฟไปใช้เดินป่า และอื่นๆ)

ทางเราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินของคุณอย่างเร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ เมื่อสินค้าส่งคืนมายังคลังสินค้าและได้รับการตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าโดยทีมรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า และยืนยันว่าสินค้าส่งคืนอยู่ในสภาพตรงตามนโยบายการคืนสินค้ากำหนดไว้ การตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้าอาจใช้เวลาถึง 2 สัปดาห์

 

1. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact our Customer Service team at Facebook Page: COBRA Golf Thailand or PUMA Golf Thailand and let the representative know the details of your products. Our Customer Service team may also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo) of the products in order to expedite the process.
 

2. How do I return my Order?

You can return your online order within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that orders purchased with Giveaway, Promotion Price, and Clearance sale will not be eligible for return/refund.

General Return Conditions

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Non-hype products.

2.2 The product must be unused and unworn.

2.3 The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.

2.4 Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.

2.5 Accessories and Golf Gears must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain vacuum - sealed if it comes in a sealed packaging.

2.6 Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached. Sticker on the shoe box should not be removed or altered in any form.

 

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

-Obtained from a source other than our website

-Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)

-Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of golf shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks.
